Kidzville Ministries for 2011

I am excited about 2011 at Radiant Life Church in Dublin for Kidzville, USA! By the way, that stands for Kids In Divine Service, Victorious In Living Life Effectively, Under the Savior's Approval!! It certainly is our desire to please our Savior and God!!

What To Expect!!!

I am glad to announce that the Kidz of the Kidzone will have some new "characters" as well as the return of a special friend!! Yep, you will meet Professor Pomegranite, The Tweenie Sisters, and Wild Willie Will is coming back for a visit.  Each of these will be around to help us get to the basics when it comes to living for Christ.  

Special Things Planned!!

We are not only planning to have a Vacation Bible School this summer but a Sport's Camp in August!  Our Clubs are active to help the kids learn and participate in things that will be a blessing to the Church and those outside the Church.  Our clubs include, Puppets, Drama, Dance for Jesus, Crafts for the Needy, Bible Quiz and "Here's What I Believe"!  These take place the 2nd and 4th Sunday's each month.  Don't forget FUN ARTS which will be held the end of April as well as our Special Fun Nights... the first one in Feb. with lots of new stuff planned.

We had a wonderful time this past Friday Night at with the Kids.

Christmas: A Time to Teach Generosity

Christmas is a highlight in the life of most children, but much of the benefit is focused on what they get. Of course one of the blessings of Christmas is giving, so look for ways to teach children generosity this year. Here are some ideas:

Involves kids in your gift giving strategy or help them develop their own. Planning, shopping, and wrapping can each provide ways for children to think about blessing others.

Anticipate with your children the delight others will experience when the gifts are opened. Help your child enjoy the fun others will have when receiving gifts.

Ask children the question, "What are you doing this year to make Christmas special for others?" This question alone can help teens think of others instead of just themselves. A short discussion can help move kids from selfish tendencies to generosity.

And most importantly, remind children of the generosity of God by sending us a special gift in his Son.

Christmas Season Is So Awesome!!

I am so blessed to know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior! I am so blessed to have a wonderful wife and family! I am so blessed to have a wonderful church to serve and worship! I am so blessed to have friends around the world! I am so blessed so have a special ministry to touch both the young and young at heart!!!  I AM SO BLESSED!!

Chester and Dean At Radiant Kids Day Care

It has been a pleasure to be a part of Radiant Life Church and their wonderful Day Care, Radiant Kids! This pictures was taken recently after a time of devotions with the children.

This coming Sunday, November 21, Radiant Life Church will be celebrating "Go Ye"! This is one awesome Mission Giving Service! We will also be talking about BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge) and asking the children to consider an goal for their own personal giving for 2011.

It is good to be a child of the King of Kings.

Here is Chester Sidney Dolittle's new look.  It is great having him back with me.  He was able to visit the kids at Kidzville, USA this past Sunday and Radiant Kids Day Care on Tuesday.  He is ready to settle down now that he is back in Ohio again.  

You will be able to see Chester open at the Gospel According To Scrooge the first two weekend's of December at Radiant Life Church, 7100 Post Road, Dublin, Ohio.

Chester Has Returned!! Christmas Just Around The Corner!!

Well, my good friend, Chester Sidney Dolittle, has returned to me from Missouri! He was gone for seven weeks getting a "makeover"!! As I look at him, I really think he may have lost some pounds as well!! He was able to be in Kidzville, USA yesterday and say "hi" to his friends from Radiant Life Church! It was very special.

We are getting ready for our Christmas Celebrations so hope you will prepare yourselves as well. The Gospel According to Scrooge will take place on the first two weekends of December. Our Kids Christmas Party will be held at Post Road Activity Center at 7055 Avery Road on Friday, December 17th. It will be a special time with lots of fun, food and activities. We will have our Kid's Christmas Program on Sunday, December 19th at 10:30 AM. Watch for special announcements as things get closer.
